General Provisions 1.1. The **VALEX AI** platform provides Users with digital content and access to artificial intelligence services on a prepaid basis (subscriptions, credits, feature access). 1.2. Payment for services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Refund Policy by the User. 1.3. Refunds are governed exclusively by this Policy. Refund Conditions ### 2.1. Refunds Are Available **Only If the Service Has Not Been Used** A refund is possible **only in one case** — if the User **has not used the Service** after payment (no subscription activation, no credits spent, no service requests made). - Once any feature, credit, or generation is used — **refunds are not available**. - **Partial refunds are not provided.** --- ### 2.2.
