# Terms of Use — VALEX AI https://valex-ai.io This document constitutes an official public offer by **VALEX AI – FZCO**, hereinafter referred to as the **“Provider”**, to any interested individual, hereinafter referred to as the **“User”**, to enter into an agreement for the use of the online service **VALEX AI**. --- ## 1. Amendments take effect upon publication on the website. --- ## 2. Subject of the Agreement and Service Description - The Service provides artificial intelligence tools, including but not limited to: - text generation; - image generation; - audio processing; - speech synthesis and recognition; - noise reduction and other AI-powered features. - Certain functionality is available free of charge; full access is granted through paid subscriptions. - The list of available models and features is published on the website. --- ## 3. Account Registration - Use of the Service requires registration and provision of accurate and up-to-date information. - The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials. - Minors may use the Service only with the consent of their parents or legal guardians. - One User — one account, unless otherwise expressly agreed. - Accounts may not be transferred or shared with third parties without the Provider’s written consent. --- ## 4. Use of the Service and Content Requirements ### Prohibited Content Includes - materials that violate applicable laws or third-party rights; - confidential or personal data without proper authorization; - extremist, discriminatory, pornographic, offensive, or otherwise illegal content. ### User Responsibilities - The User bears full responsibility for all input data and generated outputs. - AI-generated results are produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies or errors, without any guarantees of correctness. ### Prohibited Actions - circumvention of technical limitations or safeguards; - reverse engineering or attempts to access the Service’s internal logic; - resale or redistribution of access, accounts, or generated content without authorization; - use of automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools without prior approval from the Provider. **Any violation may result in account suspension or termination without refund.** --- ## 5. Intellectual Property - Generated content belongs to the User, to the extent permitted by applicable law. - The User grants the Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use generated content solely for the purpose of improving the Service. - The User warrants that they possess all necessary rights to any materials uploaded to the Service. --- ## 6. Pricing, Payments, and Credits - Access to paid features is granted only after full prepayment. - Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and renew automatically unless canceled by the User. - The Service uses a credit-based system for generating video, images, audio, and other operations. - Credits may be purchased separately or included in subscription plans. - Payments are processed via **YooKassa** or other payment providers available on the website. - Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy: https://valex-ai.io/policies/refund - Credits and subscriptions are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. --- ## 7. Limitation of Liability - The Service is provided **“as is”** and **“as available.”** - The Provider shall not be liable for: - service interruptions caused by force majeure events; - losses arising from the use of AI-generated outputs; - actions or omissions of third parties; - technical failures beyond the Provider’s reasonable control. - The Provider does not guarantee accuracy, quality, pronunciation, tone, or suitability of generated content. - AI models operate probabilistically and may produce unexpected results — this does **not** constitute a Service error and does **not** qualify for refunds. - The User is solely responsible for determining the legality and appropriateness of using the Service and its outputs. - The Provider’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the most recent billing period. - Claims and inquiries are accepted **only via Telegram**: https://t.me/supprtbots Review period: up to 30 calendar days. --- ## 8. Modification and Termination - The Provider may amend these Terms unilaterally at any time. - Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. - The User may discontinue use and delete their account at any time. - In case of material breach, the Provider may suspend or terminate access without refund. - Certain provisions (including liability limitations and confidentiality) remain in effect after termination. --- ## 11.
